CASSIS International, the leading end-to-end
digital security solutions and service provider of smart card innovation,
technology and services, and the first secured shared service platform
company in the world to be certified ISO-27001 for Information Security
Management (ISMS) today announced that its CASSIS MobileMatrix , an
Over-The-Air (OTA) remote application management platform, is leading the
way in providing the Eco-System for secured OTA download of Near Field
Communications (NFC) applications and providing strong value propositions to
its customers.
CASSIS MobileMatrix is proven, mission critical grade software platform that
allows CASSIS International's end-to-end OTA remote application management
solution to securely deliver services into any type of secured device, such
as a SIM card, a chip embedded in a handset or a removable flash card.

CASSIS MobileMatrix handles all aspects of the OTA secure application
management from the secured device life-cycle, to the application
life-cycle, mobile terminal mid-let management, cryptographic key management
and update/upgrade support. CASSIS MobileMatrix uses the standard industry
interfaces to simplify integration to existing legacy systems, such as
subscriber database, Customer Relationship Management System and other
subsystems.

"The success of service convergence using NFC technology largely depends on
customer satisfaction," said Thian Yee Chua, CEO of CASSIS International.
"To achieve this, a reliable and proven ecosystem is required for the
customer to remotely and securely select, register, download and personalize
an application onto a secured device connecting to an NFC chip.

"CASSIS MobileMatrix shared services platform allows any type of mobile
service provider - telecoms, banks, contactless payment, e-commerce,
transportation, healthcare and others - to sign up for the services and
offer them to its customers," Chua went on to say. "CASSIS MobileMatrix
provides the ecosystem for mobile operators, service providers and millions
of customers to securely and seamlessly subscribe to services on the go."

Everyone wins in a mobile-centric lifestyle. Implementing a customer-centric
infrastructure provides not only convenience to end-users but also more
business opportunities for the service providers to increase product value
and improve product delivery channel management, thereby contributing to the
convergence of telecommunications and other industries.

As a result, these institutions will be able to access new customer bases
through cross-selling campaigns with their partners and engaging in
co-marketing and branding efforts such as m-portals, m-payment cards and
m-marketing. These institutions will also see an increase in revenue
generation through shared revenues and steady growth in the number of
transactions. What's more, new revenue streams will appear through the
implementation of new service offerings, and these new services will lead to
the creation of value communities that will further contribute to customer
retention and the strengthening of customer relationships.

In 2003, CASSIS International successfully deployed the world's first OTA
and Remote Management System for the downloading of EMV (Europay, MasterCard
and VISA) applications to 3G mobile phones for SK Telecom and VISA
International. The System also provides Application Life Cycle Management
services to SK Telecom's service providers, and its 2.5G and 3G customers.
By selecting CASSIS International's end-to-end OTA secured platform on which
to deliver these services, SK Telecom realized a savings of over 40 million
dollars.

Today the same core system deployed for SK Telecom, can deliver
multi-applications and services to any secured mobile devices with NFC.
